Wonderful. Came here with a friend and we were thoroughly satisfied. We loved the dim area full of loungers and comforters for us to spend time on in between pool and sauna visits. My only recommendation would be for them to lower the amount of essential oils diffused in the wet sauna. It was way too strong for my liking and irritated my airways.
I had an extraordinary experience at Scandinave Spa. Though it’s not as big as other spa options, the ambience allowed me to have a real relaxation. It has a dried finnish sauna and a steam eucalyptus sauna. The dried one was extremely amazing! I have never sweated this much my whole life! No electronics are allowed and the friendly staff helps keep absolute silence in the area where guests can read books, chill and recharge. It’s also the most thoughtful spa in that it provides three different kinds of detoxifying teas, apples, juice service every two hours. They are even so considerate that there are tampons provided. A great and way to relax in a trip.
My daughter and I were here today and it is the highlight of our trip so far. I had the best massage I have ever had by Hany Lahoud! It was magical! I would go twice a month if I lived closer. The facility was fantastic. We loved the sauna, eucalyptus steam room, cool plunge and the warm pool with waterfall. The juice, teas, and water were refreshing. The apple was also a nice treat. My favourite was taking a nap in the lounge. It was so relaxing. I've been to many spas all over North America and this experience is at the top of my list. Hany definitely made the overall experience be rated the best. I've been to higher end facilities, but Hany made my day.😊
The spa’s ambiance, staff, and cleanliness was amazing. I enjoyed everything about it despite it being the smallest location. The thermal experience was very nice (I do wish the cold plunge was a little colder but it was still nice). The space was spacious, relaxing, clean, and the nap section was super comfortable. The staffs attentiveness cannot be topped. They would not hesitate to jump in during instances where guests would get a little noisy, served complimentary refreshments, etc. I also really loved the shampoos they had in the showers. Needless to say I’ll be back.
My daughter and I try for a mother daughter spa day once a year or so, so we tied a visit to Scandinave in our trip to Montreal for a celebration of life. Great, relaxing spot. Luckily they offer a selection of bathing suits as I grabbed the wrong garment when leaving our hotel! The thermal pool was lovely to relax in. I loved the rocking baskets to chill in for a time while waiting for our appointments. The quiet policy is nice and is enforced, so you can really detach and reflect. I had a massage with Hayley and she was wonderful. Very intuitive and present and I enjoyed our conversation. Would highly recommend this place as an escape from life’s busyness.
