I had an exeptional experience with Adeline. She brings a calm, deeply understanding presence that immediately feels safe. Unlike other osteopaths I’ve seen who focused mainly on a specific part, maybe from an injury, Adeline works on a much deeper level. During my session, she helped release something that has been blocked for a very long time and the shift was profound. I would highly recommend her, especially for anyone dealing with emotional tension or lingering effects of difficult experiences. The parking is terrible so give yourself some extra time if driving there.
Having done a few sessions I feel as if I am on my way to mental and physical recovery. Trusting my intuition to seek support from Tatiana has been the best decision I have made in a while. The center feels like a home for the soul.
