Description

-5 mins introduction by Coach -10 mins Warm-up and stretch 45 mins outdoor fitness class: -Use of upper and lower body (Run, Burpees, Squats, Sit-ups, Lunges, etc.) -Use of small weights, jump ropes, slam ball, matts and more. Enjoy the old Montreal waterfront scenery with a dynamic fitness coach, a fun and motivating atmosphere without the judgements, easy for everyone to participate. No previous experience required, the private coach will adjust with the participants’ training levels. Also includes: -Bottles of Water -Guidance and Support -All weights, Ropes, Balls, Matts are provided -Protein shake available at the end of the fitness class. Bring your running shoes, comfortable clothing. Make sure to dress according to the weather. In the case of rain …. the fitness coach will use alternative venues or canopies and tents to accommodate the class. Perfect for locals who wants a change in their fitness routine, or anyone who needs to get started on their weight loss journey. Our fitness coach will provide guidance and motivation. We also look forward to welcoming Tourists, nothing beats a scenic run by the shore of the St-Laurent river.
