This is such a nice little gem we stumbled open on our visit to Montreal. The cocktails were so yummy and reasonably priced. I even requested a surprise drink based on my likings and it was the perfect drink for me. Our server Remus was 10/10, he was on top of everything and was very personable. Highly recommend checking this place out especially for something different!
We're from out of town and visited this bar on a whim, and I'm so glad we did. Shout out to our server Tyler who brought great energy and vibes! My boyfriend is a big whiskey drinker and he put together some amazing flights for him to try, and also took the time to explain the flavour profiles and answer our questions. They can customize your drinks and flight if you let them know your palette and preferences. We splurged but you can tell them your budget and they can give you recommendations based on that. This place is great for non whiskey drinkers too! They've got some really cool cocktails and delicious food, like the cheese board and bootlegger poutine. The jazz band was really the icing on the cake. We had such a great time and recommend it to anyone looking for a cocktail bar or place to unwind for a drink after a hot summer day walking around the streets of Montreal!
Great spot for cocktails 🍸. Although the food is mediocre. But you can order main dishes and dessert. They usually have $1 oyster everyday during happy hour. We didn’t get a chance to have them as they didn’t buy the oysters at lower price. The cocktails at happy hour are pretty good. 4 choices for alcoholic drinks and 2 choices for mocktails.
Ok so as a top mtl guide I rarely these days find gems like this that really meet my expectation to this point. First off a big thank you to Remus for his amazing service and great drinks suggestions. Give that nice guy a free drink on the house for his good service. Secondly, the place was super cozy. The food was really hitting the spot for me, simple, but many flavors and with the drinks they were awesome. I will say most bars I've been to in mtl have very simple finger foods so to see a bar have a nice resto menu was really awesome! I am going to be back here many times, I really enjoyed it. I did a reservation the day of and it was quiet, so I was really happy, but other days there may be many people.
I had a lovely night out with my dad to celebrate my 18th birthday!! we were taken care of as soon as we walked into the door even as we were early for our reservation. Bar service was amazing, i gave a brief of what i liked and received two amazing drinks that i would order again. We also ordered oysters as it was happy our and they were sooooo good (i loved the hot sauce).
