A great small pub on a side street. Their poutine was amazing. The burger was delicious. The mac and cheese was yummy. Great place for a nice dinner.
A fantastic spot in Old Montreal! We ordered the Buck Schelfords Burger with fries and the fish and chips, and both were satisfying, hearty pub classics. The atmosphere is what really makes this place stand out. Walking in feels like stepping into a charming old English pub, with its vintage character, warm ambiance, and unique interior. We happened to catch a FIFA match while we were there, which made the experience even better. The cozy setting perfectly complements the historic streets of Old Montreal. Great food, great atmosphere, and a memorable experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re exploring the area.
Stopped in for some dinner after an afternoon at the Old Port and the dining room was *packed* at 6:00 on a Friday! Always a great sign. The hostess told me 5-10 minutes for a bar seat but it was more like 15, perfectly fine for a weekend. It’s a small restaurant so be prepared to wait in the vestibule or outside. The hostess was able to sit me at a “family style” table which was really fun! Two servers for the whole floor but the service was quick and attentive. Food was fantastic, the fish and chips were well worth it. I can’t speak much to the alcohol as I didn’t drink but the beer selection looks excellent. I would absolutely return.
Had a great time at Pub Saint-Pierre. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a cool, historic vibe that really adds to the experience. The food was excellent well prepared, flavorful, and nicely presented. You can tell there’s real attention to detail in the kitchen. The drinks were also on point, with a good selection to choose from. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made everything even more enjoyable. Overall, a great spot in Montreal for good food, drinks, and a relaxed but lively ambiance. Definitely worth checking out!
First of the ambience and the staff is amazing. The poutine was good. I also ordered some olives with humus and chips. Humus was nothing like it and chips are just market stuff. But the pub itself and personnel are lovely. Go try!
