Stopped here for beers on our first night in Montréal. The service was top-notch. There's not a word of English on the menu (although there are a few Czech words), but our server, Zakia cheerfully helped these visitors from Vermont. She was attentive and friendly and provided service with a smile. The outside patio was perfect for a warm summer evening. Watching cars parallel park, bikers flying down the hill, and one woman in a wheelchair (really!) zoom by. Ouest Coast IPA, piney and clear, will satisfy any any Californian tourist. Czech pilsner on the Lukr tap is appropriately Middle European. Cask Ale is flatter, warmer, and spectacular; ex-pat Brits will love it. Session IPA is an oxymoron style, but their version of a low-strength strong bitter is satisfying and delicious. We did not try the NEIPA, we're from Vermont, we've had enough of those. Highly recommend this old-school brewpub.

I will definitely be coming back, the perfect place to come with friends on a summer day! The atmosphere and music is great, I love the Czech playlist, the staff are so sweet especially the in-house baker! I had a virgin mojito and it was so refreshing! I loved the quinters pretzel hotdog and the mustard and the kimchi, I already want to have another one!

Nice little place and the oldest surviving craft brewery in Montreal. They even have a cask beer on for any passing Brits. It is clearly popular with the locals and I can well see why. Litre glasses available for the big boys. There is food available but we had already eaten.

Great beer and a very welcoming team! There weren’t many snack options, but the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They even let us order and bring fries from outside, which we really appreciated.
