Hi Patricia! ❤️ I just wanted to personally say thank you so much for everything you did for us and for making our vacation such a wonderful experience. I know we had quite a few hiccups before the trip, especially with everything that happened with the WestJet strike, and I’m sure it wasn’t easy to deal with either. But through all of that, you were always there, you kept working on things for us, and you made sure that everything would work out. What I really appreciate is that you didn’t just book our vacation and leave it at that. You genuinely made sure that we were taken care of and that we would still be able to enjoy our time away. That really means a lot to us. We had such a great vacation, and a big part of that peace of mind came from knowing that you were doing your best to take care of everything behind the scenes.
