The studio is really pretty and clean. Loved the pink vibes. I took a mat class and it was ok, not much variation in movements and we mainly used the block and were bending so much, was really dizzy. The cooldown was really nice tho.
this has to be the cleanest and most beautiful (pink!!) studio I’ve been. The high ceilings and old montreal charm make it feel like a true wellness oasis. It’s also very well equipped, showers, locker room, bathrooms, a recovery room, and a waiting area (which is not always the case at many studios) bonus: a matcha station too! I also really appreciated how quickly and professionally the team handled an unexpected class cancellation. So glad I discovered this studio and really looking forward to come back and try more classes!
Hands down the best studio in Montreal! Classes are amazing, the studio is gorgeous! There’s - recovery room and of course matcha!
had a core reformer class with izzy today and wow, what a lovely experience. not only was the studio absolutely beautiful and very clean, but the staff was so so kind and accomodating. i would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants to give it a try. will definitely come again
