Best yoga studio in Montreal! They teach yoga and don’t treat it as a workout class. They offer variety of other classes like pilates and barre. Most of the teachers really understand the philosophy and the practice. The space is well managed and beautifully decorated. Makes you feel you belong to a community. Highly recommend this studio.
This is the best yoga studio I have ever been to and I have been to alot to studios between Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. It is a good experience from start to finish of every class. The ambiance, energy and vibe is amazing and I always left feeling better than I came in. I appreciate that the classes start and end exactly on time which shows respect of people's time. If I was late, I was turned away but this is my personal fault for not planning. I appreciate that everything is organized, clean and respectful. The studio is beautiful, warm and has a great community feel. Highly recommend to anyone who is visiting or living in Montreal.
Beautiful, welcoming space to practice. The staff is so kind, they've done a lovely job creating an environment that's full of light and positive energy. Free teas, soft spaces to sit and get centered, a wide variety of classes and styles of practice to choose from. Morpho Bleu is one happy place! Highly recommend this studio.
Morpho Bleu is just the most blissful Yoga studio i ever visited and loved it so much that i have find time to introduce it in my busy life because it brings me joy and health and calmness. The place is clean, welcoming, and offer many options in terms of class style, length and various teachers , all very well into their practice. added bonus is that the supply, all you need, from clean yoga mats to lockers,towels, etc..
It was my first time at the studio and I had the chance to meet the owner, such a sweetheart! You can really tell she puts her heart into her studio. And Melisandre’s flow class was excellent. Her instructions were clear, the class was perfectly structured, and she has such a beautiful energy. I loved my experience and will definitely be coming back.
