Departing from Montreal, this dinner cruise takes you past key sites such as the Old Port, Île Sainte-Hélène, the Biosphere, La Ronde, the Olympic Stadium, and the Îles de Boucherville while offering beautiful views of the city’s skyline at sunset.
Onboard, enjoy a gourmet 3 or 5-course meal prepared by an executive chef using local ingredients. After dining, choose to dance to the DJ’s live set or relax on the upper deck as night falls over the city.
Bistronomic Menu (subject to seasonal change)
- Amuse-bouche: Shrimp and smoked mackerel with raspberry extract and honey pearls
- Appetizer: Guinea fowl confit salad with black garlic honey pearl barley, quail egg, ground cherry, and ice cider vinaigrette
- Prelude: Wapiti terrine with wild blueberry chutney from Lac-Saint-Jean
- Main course choices:
- Chicken supreme with duck demi-glace and cardamom-infused pear confit
- Grilled Atlantic salmon with mustard sauce, roasted garlic, and white balsamic
- Beef cheek braised for 14 hours with thyme and Québec dune pepper jus
- Canadian beef tenderloin with boreal pimbina berry and red wine reduction* (Red Carpet option only)
- Served with seasonal vegetables and potato gratin

- 6:00–7:00 p.m.: Boarding
- 7:00 p.m.: Departure and dinner service begins
- 8:30 p.m.: Dancefloor opens and DJ set starts after meals
- 9:30 p.m.: Dinner service ends
- 10:30 p.m.: Return to dock and disembarkation

- Some boat areas may be inaccessible during private events
