Step aboard for an unforgettable sunset dinner cruise! Escape on the river and savor locally inspired cuisine while enjoying breathtaking views of the Old Port, Jacques-Cartier Bridge, and Biosphere. Take in the stunning cityscape before indulging in a gourmet dinner made with locally sourced ingredients, expertly crafted on board by our executive chef. After your meal, enjoy dancing to the latest hits with our DJ! Or relax on the upper deck and take in the mesmerizing city views as night falls. Panoramic views: After departure, the boat heads east, gliding past the Old Port and Île Sainte-Hélène, showcasing the Biosphere and La Ronde. It then cruises by the Olympic Stadium and Îles de Boucherville before returning, revealing stunning illuminated city views. Bistronomic meal: Savour a delicious 3 or 5-course menu inspired by local ingredients and prepared onboard by our executive chef. Sample bistronomic menu (subject to seasonal changes): - Amuse-bouche: Shrimp and mackerel smoked with pepper from Fumoir d’Antan, raspberry extract and honey pearls - Appetizer: Guinea fowl confit salad with black garlic honey–infused pearl barley, quail egg, ground cherry and ice cider vinaigrette - Prelude: Wapiti terrine with wild blueberry chutney from Lac-Saint-Jean - Main (choice of): Chicken supreme, duck demi-glace sauce and cardamom-infused pear confit Grilled Atlantic salmon steak, mustard sauce with roasted garlic and white balsamic Beef cheek slowly braised for 14 hours, jus infused with fresh thyme and Québec dune pepper Canadian beef tenderloin, boreal pimbina berry and red wine reduction* Served with seasonal vegetables and potato gratin *Valid with the Red Carpet option.
