Truly exceptional service, i opted for a therapeutic massage as I have been in pain for over 7 months due to a knee injury. Despite doing 6 months of physitherapy, one session with Val at this clinic relieved all the tension and for the first time in 7 months i didnt limp all the time. The session improved my physical being by 90%. I will revisit soom for sure
i booked my first prenatal massage here and was quite disappointed with the experience. i booked a 60-minute massage, but the massage therapist took me in about 15 minutes late. once i was brought in, we spent another 15 minutes going over intake questions and collecting information. i assumed my massage time would begin after that, but unfortunately it didn’t. the appointment ended exactly one hour after my original booking time, which meant i paid for a 60-minute massage and only received about 30 minutes of actual massage treatment. towards the end, it also felt like the therapist was simply waiting for the clock to run out rather than providing a full treatment. overall, i did not enjoy the experience and did not feel like i received the service i paid for. since then, i’ve found another clinic that is much more professional and where the treatment time matches what is booked. this experience felt very rushed and impersonal. unfortunately, i won’t be returning and would not recommend it.
I am a new client of the clinic. I have been there 3 times and so far I am very happy. I am doing LPG with Brigitte, who is an excellent professional and very kind. I would recommend the clinique without a doubt, so if you are hesitant, go see them!
The customer service was very good, and the reception staff were kind and welcoming. However, it has been over a week since my massage, and I have been experiencing persistent lower back pain since then. I am generally a shy person and did not feel comfortable speaking up during the session. I even tipped afterward despite not being fully satisfied with the massage. I was informed in advance that the therapist had a different style, and I was open to trying it, hoping it might be beneficial. Unfortunately, there was significant pressure applied to my lower back, and I have been unable to relieve the pain since. At times, I also felt what seemed like fingernails digging into my skin, but I remained silent during the session. I had initially booked additional services with the intention of trying more of what was offered, but I ultimately decided to cancel those appointments. Given the discomfort I am still experiencing and the fact that the quality did not align with the price, I did not feel comfortable proceeding further.
