I stayed at the hotel so received a discounted rate. This thermal spa is underground but the atmosphere is perfect! Peaceful and luxurious ambiance. I booked a morning and was lucky to have the whole thing to myself. There is a hot pool with waterfall feature, eucalyptus steam room with showers, sauna with option for steam. Small cold plunge with waterfall and a variety of rest areas, including a separate rooftop terrace for those who want to be outdoors. Plain and fruit infused water available. Robe, towel, and sandals provided. After several days of exploring the hilly streets of downtown Montreal, this beautiful spa was just what I needed and I wouldn't change a thing!
This Spa is clean and offers great services. I've had 2 massages with the Massotherapeutist "SAM" - special mention to him. Sam is the enemy of knots and body tensions! He is super knowledgeable on the human body and his experience speaks on the table. Trust that he will put you back in shape. He is very gentle and attentive to your needs. Pressure level is great, every time I felt like I was floating after the massage. Thank you Sam! Also for the Spa, although the facilities are on the smaller side, everything is clean and enjoyable! Depending on the crowd (which nobody can control) it is absolutely perfect.
Loved the thermal circuit! And it wasn't too expensive, which is a plus as well. Beautiful setting, with many different things to partake in. Calming music playing, nice and quiet environment. Loved the lounge beds in the middle, too. I wish this place existed where I live, I'd definitely go more often to the spa!
Its a cute place and good option for when its really cold out. Nice lanterns and decor. Everything was very clean. I find it a hint overpriced for the size on a week night compared to other larger spas I can visit. And also I wish staff circulated maybe a bit more while I was there as 1 couple for 30m was getting too cozy. But the other 2 hours of my stay - people were mostly respectful.
