Great spot in Montreal. Delicious chicken and gravy. Recommend chicken leg plate with fries and coleslaw. Friendly and fast service. Excellent value. Convenient to neighborhood and highway.
A family favorite for generations. I wish I could go more often. Supper fast and friendly service. Delicious chicken, gravy and coleslaw. I've read complaints about the dining room and lighting. This is how it has always been and it is classic. Don't change it.
Chalet Bar-B-Q is a true Montreal classic. Followed the YouTube rec and got the quarter chicken leg with poutine crispy skin, tender meat, rich gravy. Service was warm and lightning fast. Old-school vibe, delicious food, totally worth going out of your way for.
Old school all the way! Yummy chicken. Excellent service. Cold water! French fries and great. Chalet bbq sauce was peppery deliciousness!
Since 1944 this place has been a staple of NDG. As the birthplace of Swiss Chalet this is what they are modelled over. Great food. Dipping sauce will cure what ails you! Friendly service and fast too. As great as I remember it as a kid with my family. Thank you for staying true to what makes you great! Oh and atmosphere is straight from back in the day as well!
