The atmosphere is fantastic. The service impeccable with a very attentive staff. Great music that makes you feel like you're in South America. My girlfriend and I try to make sure we hit this underrated gem every year. Excellent Wan Ton soup and the best ice cream you will ever get. A+
Delicious Peruvian restaurant with friendly server staff. They offer interior bar and booth seating. Diverse menu of appetizers, main dishes, desserts and cocktails. Great spot for a good dinner, date or fun night with a friend. Try the Lomo Saltado! Soooo good.
Excellent food and such a lovely place! I absolutely loved the atmosphere , it feels fresh and welcoming. The food was delicious, with great small plates perfect for sharing. We ordered the empanaditas and they were amazing, definitely a must-try. We also had a couple of mocktails, and they were incredible. Everything was full of flavor. I would absolutely come back again!
Cozy place serving chinese/peruvian fusion. Service was a bit slow. The menu was interesting, cocktails were refreshing. I was expecting the picarones to be deep fried like they do in peru but i think they were baked. But other than that we had a great experience. Food was delicious, just wished i enjoyed dessert more
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chifa is a fantastic spot in Montreal for a date night or a fun dinner with friends. The skewer combo was a great choice — bold, flavorful, and a nice way to try different meats. The deep-fried chicken was really good too, especially with the sauce. The beef was a little overcooked, but it still tasted great overall. The absolute highlight of the meal was the corn cake dessert. It’s a MUST-ORDER!!!. The warm corn cake with cold vanilla ice cream creates the perfect hot-and-cold contrast in every bite, and it was easily the standout dish of the night. The cocktails were excellent as well. Prices are on the higher side, averaging about $95 per person after tax before tip, but the quality of the food, drinks, and atmosphere makes it worth it. A very memorable experience overall.
