Staying at the hotel Humaniti in Montreal we have been having breakfast here daily . The service is erratic and all over the place . The omelette with salad and toast was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared . * Update , day 3 we waited 50 minutes for our breakfast , no explanation . TOO SLOW . They said it was complimentary due to slowness but our breakfast included in our stay!!! * update , the service greatly improved the last 2 days
I definitely recommend you take that tasting menu as you get to taste many dishes and they're all delicious. Just make sure you have the appetite to eat it all. The service was great; not too busy for Friday night and the restaurant has a nice decor. I'd definitely go back and you should check it out too.
I love this place! We sat at the bar, And our bartender was wonderful! They helped us choose the wine, And we’re super kind and attentive and talking to us the whole time. After reading some of the comments of people saying that it’s too expensive or the dishes are small, I completely have the opposite opinion. The prices for me were perfect for what you get and the quality you get. Sometimes people don’t realize that you can get this food at other places, but the quality is so bad for the same price. This was one of my favourite places. I’ll definitely be back! Everything was super yummy super affordable! I definitely believe that if you can’t afford to be out in Montreal, then you shouldn’t go out to eat 🤍 thanks H3!
If you want to have a great ambiance and enjoy of an amazing culinary experience you should consider this restaurant. We went out for dinner tonight and were very pleased. As starters we ordered Heirloom tomato salad, Gaspesian tuna tartare and Foie gras torchon. As a main dishes we ordered Corn risotto, AAA beef striploin and Duck magret Goulu de St-Appolinaire farm. As a sides Wild mushrooms and Potato aligot. For dessert we ordered a Pavlova and Chocolate mousse with pistachio and raspberry. We also ordered two cocktails, Poire d’or and Ciel ouvert. The service was excellent. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable and the food was delicious! Highly recommended!!!
Genuinely amazing experience from both the food and the service. The 3-course discovery menu was high-quality, delicious, and surprisingly portioned. I loved that each course was explained in detail, making the meal feel like a true fine-dining event. The servers were attentive and professional, but also very warm. When they realized that it was a birthday night, they went above and beyond for our birthday celebration, surprising us with a gift of macarons and a candle. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming to everyone, and the valet service (free for bills over $100 before tax) is a major plus. Highly recommended for a special occasion or just a fantastic dinner out :))
