What a great discovery! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, the staff are highly hospitable (huge shout out to Fanny!!), the food is beyond delicious - you can really tell how much detail the team had put in to craft such an amazing experience for their guests. My partner and I ordered the 5 course menu and we had more than enough food (great bang for your buck)! Their menu items are rich and flavorful - Chef Rémi and his experienced team really hit it out of the ballpark. I wish we could give this place 10 stars. We will surely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful evening and for giving us a tour of the restaurant!
My final day in Montreal and my favourite place I dined while in town for Fantasia. They accommodated my allergies with ease & provided assistance in selecting a new dish when there was a conflict. Absolutely delicious in every bite, highly recommend. Congratulations on your opening.
You have to go now. It's an experience to dine there. The staff have an energy that pulls you into another world. And the chefs...just go and ask of "la petite comité" you will be glad you did.
5-Star experience, made an incredible evening for our friend group. The staff was so knowledgeable, the food was easily one of the best meals I've ever had, the wine selection was perfect, and the price felt great. We sat on their patio during the soft openning with Fanny. She was so polite and friendly and made an incredible start to our trip. The Salmon appetizer 👌
I enjoyed my steak frites so much on my first visit that I came back just two days later to try the chef’s three-course brunch menu—and I was absolutely blown away. Both meals were exceptional. The steak frites were perfectly cooked and full of flavour, and the brunch menu showcased the same level of creativity, quality, and attention to detail. Every course was beautifully presented, and each dish felt carefully crafted. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, while the atmosphere is elegant without being pretentious. It’s rare for a restaurant to impress me enough to return within days, but Le Grand Comité did exactly that. Two completely different meals, both outstanding. I can’t wait to come back again and continue exploring the menu. This is a fantastic addition to Montréal’s dining scene.
