I loved the dishes I ordered. They were so fun. I got half portions of the seaweed noodle salad, potato salad, cucumber salad and an order of the crystal noodles. The textures and flavours were luxurious
We visited Le Lotus Bleu on our third day in Montreal and instantly regretted not coming sooner! The lamb noodle soup was incredible- the flavor was spot on, the broth was light yet comforting, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Honestly, it blows the LanZhou next door completely out of the water (which we visited on our first day here). Plus, the medium bowl came with way more meat than we expected for the price. The roasted chicken was also amazing. Highly recommend both the chicken and the lamb noodles!
We loved everything we ordered except for the xiaolong bao which had no soup inside. Highly recommend the minced pork noodles, very nice flavor. And yes other reviews about no AC is correct.the service was friendly and fast. The lady made fresh noodles in the kitchen was kind to give us a show of noodle making ❤️
The hand-pulled noodles are bouncy and DELISH! I wish that they had put a little less chili oil on my chicken and mushroom soup (i would recommend asking them to not put any and adding yourself the chili oil). The Henan style beef noodles were meh, would not reorder.
I went with my friends, so I forgot to take photos of the beef noodles and spring rolls, but both were delicious. The soup dumplings were a good temp and didnt burn my mouth when they arrived so I could eat faster. The flavor of the soup dumplings felt like it melted in my mouth! The fried chicken was the crispy chicken I've ever had, but is doesn't come with sauce and its not pieces but rather a piece of chicken cut into slices. If you are looking for korean friend chicken or a type of very moist chicken, then this is not it, but for just dark meat, fried chicken I like this place. The wonton soup was very good! The dumplings for the wonton soup was a good size and the wonton were thin and slippery, which I loved, but if you prefer thicker dumplings for your wontons then it is not for you. I also really liked the broth as it reminded me of a resturant I used to eat at in Virginia. Lastly, the atmosphere was very nice and quiet. Overall, I really liked this place and will definitely be coming back for the everything, but especially the wonton soup and dumplings!
