Tried Ramen Isshin for the first time today, and it completely delivered. The broth was rich, complex, and full of flavor without feeling overly heavy. The noodles had the perfect springy chew, fast, friendly service. Easily one of the best ramen spots around. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!
We just dined here at this new location of Ramen Isshin in Chinatown Montreal. Lots of foot traffic and it's vibrant here. You can easily spot Ramen Isshin with its signage. We ordered the gyoza, very crispy, made and cooked to perfection. We also tried the white sesame shio ramen, which is tasty and with nice pipping hot broth, just the way I like my soup. Luv the bay windows around the resto. Ramen Isshin is a proven product with excellent ramen and appetizer selections, I am super glad that when I am visiting Montreal, I can get the same consistent high quality of food in Montreal. Service was excellent. Friendly staff. I saw how hardworking they were, constantly refill water and they explained to new customers who doesn't know about Ramen Isshin, very attentive. Highly recommend this place and would come again in the near future if I visit Montreal from Toronto.
I had a great experience there, have been to other locations a lot in the past and I can say they are consistant in terms of restaurant cleanliness, food quality as well as service. Never disappoints!
I’ve been up and down the strip, looking for clearly marked, vegan meals, and this place just opened up days before we are headed away from town. Having a very enjoyable soup right now. Externally tasty. Friendly staff able to help in English as well.
Excellent! Stumbled upon this place by happenchance and loved it. Lots of variety so it worked perfectly for our group - food came quickly and was really good. Highly recommend the takoyaki. Lam our server was awesome; gave lots of great suggestions and service was attentive and unrushed. We had a great time here. Highly recommend and especially so for small groups.
