Went for lunch, they were so kind in accommodating a table for 5 when we booked for 4. The service was the star of the show tbh. Overall, the ingredients were good nothing super creative in that food category.
We came here for lunch. The Mediterranean decor is beautiful and elegant. Service here is excellent. The waiters are very attentive. The food is nicely presented and is really delicious. I recommend the lamb chops. They are excellent.
My experience at Estiatorio Milos was a mixed bag. While the food itself was undeniably good, the overall value and service made it difficult to justify the price. To be fair, the lamb chops were cooked well and the zucchini and tzatziki was awesome. However, the price point just doesn't align with what you receive. At $125 (including tax and 15% tip), the lamb was essentially three small pieces with a side of fries and zero presentation. The cocktails were great, and the Milos special was the highlight of the night, but compared to other restaurants in Montreal, it felt very expensive for what it was. The experience was further diminished by the service, which was slow, cold, and not particularly courteous. We had to repeatedly request to order water and drinks as we were consistently ignored. We were also disappointed when the server decided to bring us a small portion of the appetizer without asking; he made that decision for us and left before we had the chance to speak. Good food, but the service and the lack of value for the price lower the note.
Had a wonderful lunch at Milos on park avenue to celebrate a friend's birthday 🎉🥂 The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the whole experience felt relaxed from start to finish. The service was excellent, attentive without being overbearing, and we never felt rushed. We were welcomed with delicious fresh bread served with olive oil and fresh oregano prepared tableside, that was a really nice touch We all enjoyed the $49 lunch special, which was fantastic value. I paired mine with a really nice glass of rose wine. I started with the tomato salad with vine ripened tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions and feta. Everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavour. For my main, I had the grilled Dorade Royal with steamed broccoli, perfectly cooked and delicious. For dessert, I chose the Greek yogurt martini topped with cherries, which was light, refreshing and the perfect ending to the meal. 🍷🍅✨ Fresh delicious food, beautiful surroundings and great service. Milos really is a amazing restaurant
This is the original Milo's Estiatorio and 23 years after my first incredible experience I can say nothing has changed. It is incredible how you can visit this restaurant anytime of the year and find the most ripe tomatoes. The service never disappoints and with my most recent experience Kyia over delivered with her friendly attitude, great menu suggestions with wine pairings we were very appreciative. We were particularly impressed with how she prepared our salt crusted fish with great attention to detail and ensuring that the bones were carefully removed to ensure a beautiful eating experience. The entire team from the moment you pull up and Valet Park, to the maitre d, the bar tendera and bathroom staff all very friendly. Bravo Milo's you never disappoint no matter the city it's always a pleasure. This is real Greek fine dining at its very best, no surprise they been voted among the worlds best restaurants over the years. Would highly recommend 👍👍👍
