We had such a blast for our two year anniversary! The server Dana (I believe) and the manager were amazing and very knowledgeable about my partner’s celiac disease and accommodations. They also surprised us with a dessert to celebrate at the end which was very nice of them!

🍽️ Some of the best restaurants don't necessarily need a Michelin Star. Jellyfish is proof that exceptional dining isn't defined by a guidebook. It is defined by execution. Atmosphere: ✔️ classic and stylish without trying too hard, creating an elegant space that feels equally suited for date night or a memorable evening with friends. Service: ✔️ Attentive, knowledgeable, and beautifully paced service and dishes. The staff anticipated needs without hovering, allowing the meal to unfold naturally. Food: ✔️ They're known for good reason for their crudo. Fresh, vibrant, and impeccably prepared. The star was the lobster toast smoky butter, sweet lobster, and an explosion of umami that lingered long after the last bite. So good we ordered twice. Don't overlook anything from the charcoal grill. Meat great char and flavor and vegetables smoky but still light and flavorful, every dish not competing but allowing the ingredients to shine. The Extras: ✔️ Fresh seasonal ingredients, an outstanding wine list, and an atmosphere that strikes a beautiful balance between upscale and approachable. In fact, I think this experience will appeal to many people even more than some of Montreal's ultra-modern tasting menu restaurants. Sometimes the best meals aren't about chasing stars they're about finding restaurants that simply get everything right.

I had wanted to visit this place for a long time, but I kept putting it off because I was worried it wouldn’t live up to the hype. I thought it might just be one of those trendy spots people go to mainly for photos and Instagram stories. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Looking back, I’m actually glad I waited so long — it felt like saving the best bite for last. My boyfriend invited me here to celebrate our anniversary, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm, intimate, and perfect for a date night. We were seated at a cozy table by the window with plenty of space around us, which made everything feel private and comfortable rather than crowded. (In some restaurants it feels like ur sharing a table with strangers. Glad i didn’t have this feeling here) The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and somehow always seemed to appear exactly when we needed something — often before we even had to ask. They were always one step ahead. And the food was truly incredible. We’ve visited Michelin-recognized places in Montreal, but honestly, if it were up to me, I’d give all the stars to Jellyfish. It was also such a thoughtful touch to receive a small dessert from the restaurant to celebrate our special occasion. 100% recommended

seems a bit expensive for what it is, maybe cuz of the location. service was super friendly and nice :) for food, burrata was probs my fave with the leeks and bacon but i just love cheese. the tuna crudo was p interesting and rly good too!! just hurts that its like $29 for 5 pieces loool. avocado carpaccio was interesting too but flavours felt too familiar/simple to me (avo, sesame, chili crisp). brussel sprouts sides was mushy not crispy which im ok w but ik some ppl dont like. rotelle bone marrow pasta was definitely tasty but felt soo heavy by itself ha. short ribs came with kimchi and fries. i loved the fries lmao they remind me of five guys fries but the ribs themselves were just alright
