This is honestly one of the best ramen spots I’ve tried. The first thing that impressed me was the broth. It tasted completely different from most ramen places I’ve been to. It was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, but not overly salty at all. I finished almost the entire bowl of soup, and surprisingly, I didn’t feel thirsty or have that dry mouth feeling afterward like I usually do. I chatted with the owner after the meal, and he told me the broth is made from scratch and simmered for 8 hours. That’s when everything made sense. You can really taste the difference when a restaurant puts this much care into their food instead of relying on shortcuts. The noodles had a great texture, the chashu was tender, and everything was well balanced. You can tell they genuinely care about quality. If you’re looking for authentic ramen with an incredibly delicious homemade broth, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Hidden Gem! Amazing spot, very clean! The Ramen broth is very unique and among the best I’ve tasted. Very friendly and Family style service, Price is very respectable for the quality. Very functional and collaborative app to ease the ordering process in the dining room. I would definitely go back and I totally recommend it.
The service was quick and friendly. The ramen was delicious at affordable price. The gyoza was very good too, the filling was greatly marinated.
Ramen here was exceptional. The broth was incredible. It's prepared for 6 hours I was told. Noodles were nice and firm. I had the tonkotsu. I'd definitely would come back and recommend to anyone.
