You can never go wrong with steak at baton rouge, always hits the spot! The staff is welcoming and kind as well. Great service and food, I highly recommend!
Really liked this place. Bâton Rouge Grillhouse has a great vibe and feels lively and energetic, which makes it a nice spot to hang out and enjoy a meal. The atmosphere is welcoming and not too noisy, so you can still have a good conversation. Service was excellent — staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without being over the top. Food was good, portions were reasonable, and the steak was delicious and cooked well. The carrot cake was also really good and definitely worth trying. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. I’d definitely come back again.
It was amazing 👏 I highly recommend trying their table d'hôte menu because the pairings work well together. I had a chicken tortilla tomato soup, mesclun salad with avocado dressing, sante fe chicken it was grilled chicken breast, wild rice and grilled veg. But the sauce on the chicken was the winner and the goat cheese as well. I usually don't like goat cheese but on this dish it was heavenly! The other fish we had was the grilled salmon, baked potatoes and grilled veggies. It was amazing as well. The desert of the day was this nice sponge cake with a maple drizzle and a small ice cream scoop. Delicious! Bâton Rouge has been highly rated for years and for a good reason. Their plates are diverse and the pairings work well together. This location has parking and is wheelchair accessible. When we left, we saw a few people waiting for a table at the entrance,but you can always make a reservation or wait because the food is worth the wait 👍
I went here not eating ribs so I didn’t have high hopes , but I was blown away. The mac and cheese is absolutely delicious . So creamy , with a sharp cheese and the bread crumbs on top perfectly toasted , I could eat 10. The chicken dish I forgot the name of , was amazing , fresh and delicious . My partner had the burger and it was so good . Even the kids meal came with so much food and was a hit . The service was great , the server was friendly funny and fast . I will definitely be back .
